We are 15 mins from Disney, 25 mins from Universal, close to an array of top quality shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment facilities. Cocoa Beach is just over an hours drive. There is local fishing, tennis and golf on our doorstep with preferential rates at the Championship Highlands Reserve Course.
The property is fully equipped and ideally located, being only 25 minutes from Orlando Airport and 50 minutes from Sanford Airport. Highlands Reserve is just off highway 27. The 18 hole Golf course is set within a conservation area and offers a challenging game for golfers of all levels. Other championship golf courses are close by.
