The kitchen is fully equipped with all one could wish for in a holiday home, huge American fridge/freezer with ice making machine, 4 ringed ceramic hob and large oven, dishwasher, microwave and waste disposal. There is a separate laundry room with washer and drier. The garage has space for 2 cars.

Outside on the lanai there is a large dining table and chairs for al fresco dining and 4 sun loungers for enjoying the wall to wall sunshine overlooking the lake which abounds with wildlife. The pool and lanai area are south facing and you can see the sun rise in the morning and stays until just before sunset.
