Built nine years ago, our home is located in a quiet residential area of the city of St Petersburg. With four bedrooms, including two with en suite bathrooms and a children's room with bunk bed, the accommodation is ideal for families. The house has high speed internet, a PlayStation, large gardens and a private swimming pool, so you won't be bored if you never leave its four walls. But if you do want to get out and about, the wonderful Gulf Coast beaches are an easy drive, and the various theme parks and attractions of Tampa and St Pete are all close by. We have welcomed numerous families to the house in the past few years and have yet to receive anything other than glowing feedback.
The house has a large living room area with open plan kitchen and dining room. Outside is a wooden deck with sunbeds and dining table and chairs, and a small swimming pool that is ideal for children. A swing seat in the shade offers respite from the sun, and our large double garage contains bicycles and scooters if you fancy an active break. There's a large gas barbecue for guests' use.
The house has an internet connection and cable TV, and there's a PlayStation with a large selection of games. We also keep a number of children's toys at the house.
There are two double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. There's also a twin room and children's room with a bunk above a double bed, accommodating three kids in comfort. Two travel cots are available for younger children, and the living room sofa can be turned into a sofa bed if necessary.
The rental price includes all heating bills and taxes so there are no added extras. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

St Petersburg Area Information
This attractive city is a revelation to first-time visitors, with its upmarket, spacious centre the home to many museums, restaurants and attractions. With the best beaches in the state only 15 minutes away by car, and the major theme parks just over an hour's drive, St Pete offers a genuine Florida experience without the tourists.
There are a number of excellent restaurants in the city and surrounding area, and Tampa is on the doorstep for all the shopping malls and nightlife you could want.
The closest supermarket is at the end of the road (a five minute walk or 30-second drive) and all the shopping you could need is close by.
It's a couple of blocks to glorious Coffee Pot Boulevard, where joggers, cyclists, walkers and families can see manatees and dolphins or simply enjoy the view.
