A fantastic 2 bedroom first floor apartment that has been tastefully furnished and fitted out to ensure you enjoy your stay. There is air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer and there are heaters for the winter period.
This apartment is spacious and very well designed to include a large fooftop solarium complete with gas barbeque, patio furniture and sun loungers. There is also a small balcony accessed from the lounge with patio furniture. There is also a fantastic communal swimming pool for residents only.
The apartment is in walking distance of restaurants and a supermarket. Villa Martin Golf Course is one of the most sought after golf courses on the Costa Blanca and is 10 minutes drive. There are several other golf courses within 15-20mins drive.
On a Saturday morning there is a market in Playa Flamenca which is within walking distance about 20 minutes, but 5 minutes by car. There is a market at Guadamar on a Wednesday Morning which is about 20 minutes drive where there is an interesting spanish town and lovely beach.
Sleeping.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, and a fold away bed is available giving room for 5 people. Summer and winter bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
General
There is a fitted bathroom with both bath and shower. A large vanity unit gives ample storage for toiletries.
Entertainment
There is a TV with a cable network that provides 30 British TV channels, 10 music channels in addition to Spanish TV. Books, games and some beach equipment is also provided. (Beach mats, float, foot pump etc)
Eating & Living
The dining table seats 4 people and the lounge area seats 4. In addition there are dining facilities for 4 people on the balcony/terrace. The spacious kitchen is equally well equipped for preparing full meals or quick snacks.
You will find a gas hob, electric fan oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, clothes drier, iron, ironing board together with all cooking and dining utensils.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment but guests are allowed to smoke in outdoor areas of the apartment.
General
The apartment is located in a fairly quiet neighbourhood.
All external and internal areas have ample lighting.
Less than 5 minutes drive away
Activities within a short drive include sailing, water-skiing, fishing, boat hire, golf, a gymnasium, scuba diving, street markets, hypermarkets, shopping malls and an aqua park. The nearby resort of Torrevieja has a fashionable marina, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and safe bathing and diving areas.
Less than 45 minutes drive away
The historic towns of Murcia and Cartagena are worth a visit. La Manga is renown for its world championship golf-course. The Mar Menor is a warm inland sea famed for its spa treatments and safe beaches with calm and shallow waters.

There are street markets on every day of the week in different locations nearby. A bus stop, which serves the coast to the north and south, is in short walking distance. Free day excursions to places of interest are available from here.
