ABOUT THE COMPLEX
The Breeze Bankya Residential Complex consists of thirty-four single-family terrace houses to be built in the first phase and eight two-family houses in the second phase. The complex is located on a 10,000 sq m. plot. The single-family houses have three floors, with a gross floor area of approximately 210 sq m, each with a private plot.
Phase One: Seven different types of houses with spacious living rooms and kitchens, several bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor.
Phase Two: Semi-detached two-family houses offering comfort and privacy.
ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPT
The architectural design combines traditional Bulgarian style and a modern vision. The stone, timber and glass facades of the houses are stylish and graceful. The French windows lend the houses an unconventional and distinctive look, and the large balconies give a feeling of peace and comfort.
The site is on a gentle south-facing slope. This gives all houses a splendid view of Mount Lyulin. Each house has a private front yard with two car spaces, and a back yard with a barbecue. Some of the houses have private garages.
INSIDE THE COMPLEX
A one-way lane links all houses with the main street and the central public recreation area. The lane and parking lots are asphalted and the complex will have street lighting. The sidewalks are paved and the open-space area is landscaped to specification.
PUBLIC FACILITIES
Residents benefit from a mini-market, cafeteria, sports centre, children’s playground and summer-houses.
SECURITY
The complex is enclosed and guarded around the clock. This guarantees residents both security and privacy.
HEATING AND POWER SUPPLY
The complex will have its own transformer station and will be heated by natural gas.
PUBLIC CENTRE
For the convenience of residents, the public centre of the complex offers a mini-market, cafeteria, children’s playground and a recreation area with benches and alleys. A modern sports centre will be built underground.
