Orpheus Valley ApartHotel has a total built-up area of 28,000 square meters. The investment in the development is more than 20 million Euros. The ApartHotel is planned as a gated village, which covers an area of 15,400 square meters in the heart of the mountains (view region map). Almost 1/3 of the complex is covered by parks and leisure facilities.
The complex will be constructed on 2 stages:
I stage: Sections A, B, C, D and E.
Date of completion of the first stage - 31.12.2007;
Number of apartments, built in the first stage of the development:
- 71 studios;
- 58 one-bedroom apartments;

II stage: Sections F, G and H, together with six luxury maisonnettes.

Functionality of the Apartments
The ApartHotel complex consists of 179 luxury apartments - all of them developed in accordance with the aparthotel practices in order to fully satisfy even the highest expectations and to comply with the tour operators’ requirements. All the construction materials have natural origin with a minimum 10 years warranty. In addition, all thermal and hydro insulations are specially selected for the purposes of high altitude construction work.
The studios are designed as small apartments for two people and have been planned for maximum functioning. The studios consist of: entrance-hall, living room with fireplace, open-plan kitchenette/diner, open-plan bedroom and bathroom/WC. The TV and the fireplace can be seen both from the living room and the bedroom. On the other hand the door cannot be seen from the room, which intensifies the feeling for comfort and luxury in the residents. The studios are planned for two people, who can use together the living area of the apartment.
The one-bedroom apartment consists of: living room with fireplace, open-plan kitchen / dining room, open-plan bedroom, 1 bedroom, bathroom with WC and WC. It is designed in such a way, so that four people could use comfortably the living area of the apartment, enjoying its cozy atmosphere together. For this purpose next to the bedroom there is a bathroom with a toilet, and another toilet is planned separately. The combination of a TV set and a fireplace divides visibly the living room from the dining room, increasing the feeling of comfort of the residents. Thus the living room could be used as a second bedroom without disturbing the use of the kitchen. Special attention was paid during planning of the Complex to the position of the bedrooms in all apartments – all bedrooms are planned away from the elevators, the staircases and the corridors. Such design avoids disturbance of the rest of the residents of the apartment.
In Orpheus Valley ApartHotel the two-bedroom apartments are planned as luxury lodgings offering the best views and functioning, allowing six people to use undisturbed together the living area of the apartments. The two-bedroom apartments consist of: living room with fireplace, open-plan kitchen/diner, open-plan bedroom, 2 bedrooms, WC, bathroom and bathroom with WC. The two bedroom apartment has a spacious luxury bedroom with a detached bathroom next to it, which could be used separately. The second bathroom is separated from the toilet, so that they could be used by two different persons at the same time. The fireplace and the TV set are situated on such a position that they could be seen both from the dining room and the improvised bedroom in the living room. The two bedroom apartment is planned with a terrace, where a table with chairs could be placed during summer seasons.
All apartments will be executed with tiles and terracotta in the bathrooms, kitchenettes and corridors, and laminated parquet in the living rooms and the bedrooms. Furnishing after individual design is possible at an additional cost.
