1. Payment scheme:
• 30% of the property price payable on contract
• 20% - 5 months from the signature of the preliminary contract
• 50% of the property price payable on completion/mortgage
2. Reservation deposit:
• Pre-reservation – 3 days
• Reservation deposit is 3600 euros and it reserves the property and its price for one month in which time an inspection trip could be organized. This deposit is fully refundable.
3. Inspection trip:
• We do subsidize inspection trips. We organize hotel, airport transfers, and trip to the development, plus up to 3 others and the surrounding area.
4. Bank guarantees:

5. Optional rental
