• 30% of the property price payable on contract
• 70% of the property price payable on completion/mortgage
2. Reservation deposit:
• Pre-reservation – 3 days
• Reservation deposit is 3000 euros and it reserves the property and its price for one month in which time an inspection trip could be organized. This deposit is fully refundable.
3. Inspection trip:
• We do subsidize inspection trips. We organize hotel, airport transfers, and trip to the development and the surrounding area.
4. Bank guarantees:
• A bank guarantee certificate is issued with each payment to secure 100% of your investment.
5. Optional rental
