The complex consists of two individual buildings – A and B, parking lot, pool, children’s playground, barbecue, 24 hour security and green areas. The total residential area of the complex in 3 400 sq. m. Each building has a common warehousing premises for lounges, inflatable mattresses, bikes, and a premises for servicing of level floor one. The design of the complex allows for around-the-year use for residence. The buildings have full outside insulation. All premises have independent air-conditioning heat/cold.
