Sunny Victory is a nice residential complex located in the northern parts of Sunny Beach, only 450m from the sea. Full furniture package included in the price of the apartments.

The complex consists of four buildings – a hotel building and three residential buildings.
The first building with separate apartments consists of three main corpuses whose floor numbers are different. These are joint volumes of three, four, five and six floors that are positioned to maximally overlook the sea. They are ideally situated in relation to the geographic latitude and longitude in order to get the proper sun radiation, shading, ventilation and conditioning, in accordance with the estate configuration.
In the middle of the composition there is the internal yard. It is thus contrived, in order to add comfort and individuality to the internal space. It has lobby bar and internal vertical communications. It provides instant access to all corpuses of the building and a direct access to the yard, the external bar and the swimming pool. This part of the complex consists of 21 single-room apartments, four double-room apartments and 41 studios. In the basement at elevation -2.45 there is an underground car parking lot with capacity to contain 34 cars and has direct ventilation. There is a garden tools warehouse provided and it is attached to the parking lot. There is also security guards room.
The residential part of the VIP complex is developed in four floors plus a mansard one. It is thus situated, in order to maximally overlook the strand and the sea. It has favourable position in relation to the geographic latitude and longitude in order to get the proper sun radiation, shading, ventilation and conditioning, in accordance with the estate configuration.
Its entrance is on its west side and goes through the reception and leads to the staircase and the elevator. At the same level /elevation 0.00/ there are the auxiliary rooms for the staff and the necessary services – fax, internet, etc. next to the staircase there is the garden tools room and it has access to the yard.
The four residential floors at elevation +2. 80,+5.60 and 8,40 are comparatively identical in matters of configuration and content. There the main double-room apartments are developed, one west-overlooking apartment and one east-overlooking apartment and two south-overlooking apartments on every floor, respectively.
The last floor is attic, recessed to fit the drip elevation and the necessary dimensions. At this level there are four studios with large verandas.
Technical parameters
The buildings are built of monolith beamless reinforced ferro-concrete frame on a common fundamental platform.
The walls between the particular legal properties, as well as the external walls are monolith filled with 25 cm bricks . The internal non-bearing walls are made of plaster panels and meet the requirements and standards.
Flooring is made of flooring ceramics, walls in the wet rooms are reveted with faience, and the ceilings are hanged plaster panels.
The interior doors are covered with lamina, but can be furnished at owners' demand.
The sanitary rooms are furnished with the products of Vidima Ideal . There is separate boiler provided for each apartment and every room is air-conditioned.
The kitchen is equipped with multifunctional kitchen cupboard. It includes sink, double hotplate and absorber, connected to the main ventilation. The piping is made of polyethylene pipes.
Every apartment is provided with individual water-meter and electrometer.
The external joinery /doors and windows/ is made of aluminum with cut thermo-bridge or PVC, colored in unison with the exterior color of the entire building.
Planting, interior of the common parts, external pavement as well as the main swimming pool and the swimming pool for children are developed to an individual detailed plan.
The complex is fully completed and works as apart hotel in the summer season.
