In order to purchase an apartment in this first- class development, there are few simple steps to follow:
1. A 1000 Euro booking deposit is required to reserve an apartment. The status of the apartment will be changed from ‘Free’ to ‘Reserved”. During this period of time no one else can reserve or sell the unit the client has chosen.
The agent will present 3 copies of the preliminary contract that you and your agent must sign. Keep one copy and return the other two to the agent to be posted to us for a signature and stamp.
The payment schedule is as follows:
30% - due and payable at the signing of the preliminary contract
30% - due and payable at the completion of the definite apartment level
30% - due and payable at roof level
10% - due and payable at the signing of the notary deed
4 weeks/28 days are given to the client to pay the initial instalment stipulated in the preliminary contract.
The relevant wire transfer has to be addressed to a solicitor bank account after the money has been received from the client but no later than 6 weeks.
The notary deed is signed in Bulgaria at the delivery of the apartment.
In case the Client purchases 2 apartments, they shall receive a 5% discount for the apartment with higher price;
In case the Client purchases 3 apartments, they shall receive a 5% discount off the total price;
In case the Client pays 70% of the purchase price at the signing of the preliminary contract, they shall receive a 5% discount;
In case the purchase price is higher than 200 000 Euro, the payment terms and conditions, and the price itself shall be negotiable.
