The house is situated in a small town, which is a municipal centre in Province of Razgrad. City of Ruse is 70 km away, city of Razgrad is 35 km away on the road Ruse-Dobrich. 10 km away from the town is Voden Hunting Reserve and the Islamic sanctuary Demir baba teke, 15 km away from the marvelous Thracian tomb of Sveshtari. There is a fishing area in the outskirts of the town.
The house is built in 1937. The foundations are made by stone, the ceilings are of trimmer joists, only the ground floor’s ceiling is of tile-stone. On the ground floor there is a kitchen (3.5x3.5 m) and a sanitary premise (1.5x3.5 m). Upstairs there are 3 rooms – all of them 3.5x3.5 m, a closet – 1.5x3.5 m, glazed terrace – 4x3 m. In the kitchen the owners will leave a couch, a table, chairs and all the cupboards. In the other rooms the owners will leave a couch and sideboards. The house has basements. There is a water supply-installation in the kitchen and in the bathroom, cable TV, telephone, an outside sink. There is no drainage, but there are two septic tanks – one for the house and one for the farm buildings. The total area is 2 decares. The garden is 1 decare, at the present moment planted with lucerne, on the other 1 decare there are the house and the yard. In the yard there is a barn, a garner, a hayloft and a hen-house. The building for the animals is newer. There are pear-tree, quince-tree, peach-trees, apple-tree, morello-tree, walnut-tree, mulberry-tree. There is an underground river, but there is no well. The road to the house is asphalt-paved.
