Summer Smile complex consists of 6 two-storey villas, each with size 86.46 sq. m.
The first floor has an entrance, a spacious living room with a dining room and a kitchenette box and a toilet, also it has a staircase to the second level, which has a little corridor, a bathroom with a toilet, and two bedrooms with terraces.
The villas will be luxury finished, constructed of reinforced iron-concrete and brick masonry and fully heat and water isolated.
The villas are amphitheatrically situated which fits the terrain and thus each property has a gorgeous view toward the whole Sunny Beach sea resort and the sea.
