Depending on whether you buy a finished apartment, apartment at rough building or off-plan (with a building right), we offer few different payment schedules:
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
• 1500 € - reservation deposit
• 40 % up to 14 days after signing the preliminary contract
• 50 % at Act 15
• 10 % at Act 16
The customer pays a deposit to the amount of the BGN equivalence of € 1 500 (according to the rate of exchange of the Bulgarian National Bank). The amount shall be transferred by bank transfer or in cash in favour of the company.
The reservation deposit serves as a guarantee for the buyer, as well as for the seller. The amount of the deposit shall be deducted from the price of the property upon signing of the preliminary contract between the parties.
The reservation of an apartment provides 14-day period, within which the customer can visit SUNNY HOUSE, to make a view and to prepare the documents, necessary for signing of the preliminary contract. Within the 14-day term, we cannot offer or sell the apartment to a third party. In case that happens, the company assumes the obligation to compensate the customer, by paying him the amount of the deposit in double.
