Porto dos Corais is a luxurious resort set just 150m from the safe, virgin beaches of Maracajau and ten minutes walk along soft sands to the centre of the village. Covering 69,000m2, more than half of the resort will be devoted to green area with the remainder given over to properties ranging from one bedroom apartments up to three bedroom villas and arranged into small communities.



The villa is built to high quality European standards and will be delivered fully furnished and equipped with airconditioning. The kitchen will be completely fitted right down to the dishwasher and washing machine; all bed linen, cutlery and kitchenware will be in place.

On-site facilities are in abundance at Porto do Corais including a restaurant, no less than six communal swimming pools, spa and gymnasium, children's play area, football pitch, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts plus property management. This final service will include 24-hour reception, key-holding, cleaning and airport pick-ups on demand. The entire resort is gated and with 24-hour security for peace of mind. All of the residents at Porto dos Corais will have designated parking.
