The Hotel / Pousada offers picturesque surroundings and a cozy and informal atmosphere. Both French and English are spoken and much care is taken to ensure the comfort and well being of our guests. The Hotel is situated right next to the beach. Icarai is a coastal village within the metropolitan area of Fortaleza. Within a radius of 1km of the Hotel are pharmacies, supermarkets, post office, petrol station and other local shops. North Shopping, with some 300 shops, amusement arcade, cinemas etc., lies in the suburbs just to the West of Fortaleza, only 12 minutes by car from the Hotel.
Located just 17 km from the center of Fortaleza on the west coast and 28 km from the International Airport. It stands in its own grounds of 10,000 sq meters and has been established for 17 years, welcoming visitors and tourists from Brazil itself and from overseas.
The Hotel has 26 one-bedrooms and two-bedroom chalets and 10 three-bedded apartments, all finished to high standards. All have bathrooms with hot showers and the chalets all have a spacious living area with minibar, sofa-bed, table and chairs.
Each chalet has a generous veranda with room for two hammocks. All accommodations have telephone, TV and air conditioning, and in the two-bedroom chalets the second bedroom has the option of two, three or four single beds.

The Hotel offers a restaurant, private car parking, broadband Internet, game room, as well as the peaceful atmosphere created by its well-shaded flower gardens and lawns. You can find 2 swimming pools.
The first pool is a conventional swimming pool surrounded by a sun bathing area furnished with umbrellas, tables, chairs and deck chairs. The pool area facing the restaurant, has piped sound facilities and full bar and restaurant service.
The second pool has an embedded bar and several play things for the children providing a multi faceted environment. It is a big pool with two tables with umbrellas surrounded by six submersed fiberglass stools. There are twenty-six submersed fiberglass stools around the bar. The children playthings are: two turtles, a sea horse, two slides and a huge mushroom to provide shade. All these play things spew water making a pleasant environment for playing children. There are five tables with umbrellas and chairs surrounding the pool.
Around the pool there are several tables with umbrellas where piped music can be enjoyed and full bar and restaurant service is available. For the children the Hotel provides, besides the pools, a large lawn area with plenty of trees and a game room with mini-pool, table soccer and ping-pong.
The Hotel has two-convention rooms for conferences and training courses, with seating for 50 and 110 people respectively. The main room is equipped with two “split” A/C each one with 60.000 BTU capacity, overhead projector, 100” retractable projection screen, flip chart, 29” color TV, video, full sound system with wired, full Sound system with wired and cordless microphones, wired-in fittings for multimedia projector and PC with Internet access, Internet – Wide band.
The second room is equipped with “split” remote control A/C with 48.000 BTU capacities, 29” TV, overhead projector, flip chart, sound system with tape and CD decks.
Just 120 meters from the Hotel there is a good beach with fine, white sand.
The restaurant with its varied menu, the game room and the ample, exotic grounds complete the facilities offered by the Hotel, appreciated by both children and adults alike. There is an ample car park within the grounds of the hotel and a public payphone, as well as the telephone facilities within the chalets and apartments.
The Hotel’s gardens are a splendid, lush green all year round, thanks to a computerized irrigation system. There is an abundance of tropical plants and flowers and the Hotel is a home away from home.
Also there are more than one thousand little tropical parakeets (budgerigars), which live and breed in freedom in the grounds. More than 300 coconut trees provide them with home and shade.
The coconut trees also produce the delicious green coconut water, served ice-cold in the Hotel’s restaurant.
In the grounds of the Hotel there are more than a thousand Australian parakeets (budgerigars), bred loose, flying completely free, adding yet more beauty to the Hotel’s atmosphere with their bright colors and enchanting all who come to the Hotel.
The Hotel is completely irrigated by a computerized Israeli system that comes on automatically every night.
