The first area is the biggest one with 2.170.000 square meters = 537 acres = 217 hectares, it has 800 meters of beachfront, and already has electricity, a river, a road built in the middle of the farm, in the beginning stage of paving, the asphalt is ready to be applied; all material and machinery are in place to start,, and in any place you dig 10 meters, you will find good and crystal water to drink; 50% of this area is planted with coconut trees and tropical fruit trees, all producing fruits and the other 50% is rented for cattle feeding. The property has also a main house and all documentation is 100% ok. The city hall has released a permit allowing 50% of the area to be used for construction. Besides the Ocean at one side, the River at the other, the area has also two crystal water springs.
Besides Coconut, there are also tropical fruits, the beach has warm waters, this is a beach clear of stones, just white sands, and there is also a lake in the property.
The second area is located 500 meters away. It has 360.000 square meters = 89 acres = 36 hectares, with 200 meters of beachfront, electricity, road, river and the same productive structure as the first large area above. There is no house in this property.
The third area is located 150 meters away, also with 360.000 square meters = 89 acres = 36 hectares, with 250 meters of beachfront, similar with the second property above.
The owner is opened to negotiations, selling each area indivually or all together.
