The developer undertakes to construct high specification villas from just €600/m2 for constructed covered areas and €300/m2 for non-closed areas such porches and terraces.
In order to take advantage of this design and build service at the specified rates, investors must instruct the developer on the construction of their villa to one of the pre-approved designs no later December 2010.
