A small project of 4 individual alpine chalets to be built closed to the slopes of Les Mosses. The chalets will sit in plots of 900m2 / 1000m2 with guaranted splendid sight on the mountains.

The exterior design of the chalet is fixed (see example on the photo), but there is the possibility to make adjustments in the interior of the chalet (for example, create a closed mezzanine instead of open it up, decrease the size of a bedroom and create a bigger living etc.). De chalets are finished with meleze-wood on the exterior and larix wood on the interior, floor-heating, fire place, sun-pannels (obbligation in Les Mosses). The house will be deliverd key-ready with 10 years of warranty.


Les Mosses (1450m/2354m altitude) is a charming family holiday resort in the heart of the Vaudois Alps, close to the international ski resort of Leysin. Les Mosses is easily accessible by car (less than 20 kilometres from major roads)or by rail or Swiss Postbus from the station at Aigle (TGV). Geneva airport 1 hour by car.


In winter, thanks to its privileged location on the summit of a major mountain pass, Les Mosses enjoys excellent snow conditions throughout the winter season. The Les Mosses-La Lécherette plateau offers some 40 kilometres of excellent ski runs (easily accessible thanks to free parking areas) and an extensive network of cross-country skiing trails (classic and skating), because the ski area recently got linked to the area of Leysin it offers 110 kilometres of wonderful piste.
In Les Diablerets: additional challenges for skiers and snowboarders are available in the «Glacier 3000» ski area at the Col du Pillon and Les Diablerets, in Leysin and in Villars.

In the summer season, the region is a paradise for hikers, nature-lovers and mountain bike enthusiasts. New! Multi sport ground for tennis, basketball or unihockey! A Kid’s Fun Parc has been specially built for MTB, roller or skatebord “freestyle”! Every Sunday from mid-June to mid-September, the traditional “Marché et Brocante” attracts more than 50 exhibitors.
