We proud to announce the imminent start of an extraordinary development, on the last large plot, within at a walking distance of the wonderful town of Santa Maria.

Location approximately 100 metres from the most famous beach in Santa Maria, yet only 5/6 minutes walk from the town and the “Seaside Promenade” and at the same time occupies a very quiet position.

Completion of the apartments (or commercials units) in phase one is expected by the end of 2010, phase 2 by mid 2011 and Phase 3 by the end of 2011. Each phase is planned in a way that will minimize any disturbance from still to be completed phases.
