BUILD & QUALITY
- The foundations
The laying of foundations pillars is done with reinforced concrete, and the outer walls are constructed with 20cm ceramic blocks held together by mortar and finished in plaster.
- Outer walls and divisions
The roof is built at a 35-degree angle to ensure effective water drainage, then covered with locally produced terracotta tiling. If two or more slopes meet it is capped with ridge tiles to prevent water from entering the roof.
- Tiles & paving
All floors inside the house are tiled as are the walls in the kitchen and bathroom. Windowsills are covered in marble. Outside a 90cm path is laid around your villa.
- Interior & exterior finishings
The interior walls are plastered and coated with white plastic paint. Exterior walls are rendered with cement and painted with a colour of your choice.
- Windows & doors
Interior doors are made of 35cm-thick wood and fitted with door furniture. All windows are constructed in aluminium whilst the front and back doors are made of white PVC. The front and back door, and French doors (where provided) are be fitted with typical Andalucian style metal grills.
- The kitchen
