A large house on a huge plot of some 4000m2 near to the town of Pedralba in the wine growing area of Valencia.

The house itself is 120m2 with a 30m2 covered terrace. There are four bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen and living area. The house has electric, water, gas bottles and telephone with internet. There is a large underbuild with storage for a ridiculous amount of stuff.

The plot is semi divided into two areas, a part that is cemented with the house, a pool of 7x6m2 without filter, patio area, barbecue area and there are two seperate entrances. The other part of the plot is divided into three terraces and could be used to have a wooden house, keep horses, put in sports facilities etc... It is set in a rural area but just three and a half kilometres from Pedralba. A decent price with a mortgage on the property which can be taken on by a potential buyer avoiding the need to find a new mortgage which of course is difficult at the moment.
