The building looks to have a little character from the outside and it lies just a five minute walk from the promenade and beach. The flat itself on the first floor is a really well modernised place with excellent facilities, light, space and two small terraces. There are three bedrooms, a large kitchen which has been improved by incorporating the previous washing gallery, a bathroom with shower, large living room and front and back terraces to allow for plants and greenery to surround you. There are wooden floors and air conditioning splits to provide heat and cool air. All in all a very nicely modernised place in an area that is growing and lively but the street itself is quiet.
