The facade looks great but inside needs to be done up to match it. Two floors currently seperate and possible to buy them seperately for 120000 the top part and 110000 the bottom. Together they cost 215000 Euros and there is also the possiblity of extending up to a third floor. Not much to speak about in terms of bedrooms and bathrooms, suffice to say that work needs doing. However the base is there, it is set just a few minutes walk from the beach, port and F1 track and it is very well communicated.
