This hamlet cottage and attached barn has recently been renovated with new electrics, heating, plumbing and a brand new first floor. The nearest village is Bussiere Poitevine and this is where you will find most things, bakers, Bank, Butchers, Schools.

The ground floor comprises of an entrance into a sitting room (24m2) in this room as well as all the other room in the house, the walls have been fully insulated and plaster boarded, it is just in need of plastering/decorating and re tiling or carpeting of the floor.
