The homes of the Venezia Villa Residence are being constructed from a plan package in compliance with the local and national planning and construction regulations, accomplishing an organic architectural concept. Plans based on European and Hungarian experiences were designed by a team of architects led by lecturers of the Budapest Technical University.
As an outcome of the organic planning, residential areas were designed where 2 to 4 adjacent houses form one community. The dominant features of the architectural style are the private gardens accessible from the houses, the balance of communal and private spaces within a single plot as well as the choice of environment-conscious materials. Enjoy the fine lawn in your garden, which is excellent playground for your children, for Sunday relaxation, or for grill parties with your friends.
The Villa Resdence management offers a wide range of services for residents of the estate including property security, CCTV surveillance and reception. As a result of the secure environment there will be no street fence by the front gardens. The back gardens are bordered by wooden fence and hedgerows. The front yard of the houses is stone covered, in the back garden fine lawn is planted.
On-site services will be built within the park such as shops, bank and various other services. The green park of the community areas gives fine living environment for the residents.

The buildings are construction-finished with improved facilities, ready to be occupied. All houses have the permission to use from the local authorities, their exteriors, the gardens and garden pavements and lights are finalised. The interior fittings such as floorings, tiles, kitchen and bathroom equipment and appliances are selected by the customer and will be fitted when purchase negotiations are complete.

All houses are certified “Wienerberger Masterhouse” due to the special brickwork and technology used for construction. As a result of the technology and materials used for the construction, the insulation is similar to that of the passive houses without having to apply dryvit insulation on the outside walls.

In the design and construction of the villa homes our primary focus was on the people and on the family as the smallest natural community of society. The buildings are intended to fulfil the desire for intimacy and as well as the warm friendly intrerior and exterior millieu. Individual furnishing, variability in the interior fittings also guarantee the personal uniqueness of each home. The external wooden cover also modern yet archaic, its appearance, colour and texture create a warm feeling and the material is hard-wearing and long-lasting. Around and in between the buildings pergolas, green grass, trees and benches give a harmonic natural environment. All houses have ground floor and upstairs and private parking.

Presently on sale: houses in a 3-building villa unit with delivery by the end of 2008. Another unit consisting of 4 houses is under construction, book now and move in Spring 2009.
