Village house for restoration in medieval village close to Lucca




This house is in one of the villages with the best view of the plain of Lucca on the road between Lucca and Bagni di Lucca. The owner is a geometra and has stated that the walls are in good order although it will need a new roof.

Inside there are five large rooms set upon two floors. There are views from the window in the main room, the one with the fireplace, and we would suggest a re-build that takes advantage of this. Possibly a balcony or terrace allowing better access to the view.

The project is very manageable making this house an excellent investment.

This is a great starter home project and a chance to get one's foot in the door on the property ladder here in Tuscany.
