The nearest airports are situated in Perugia ( approx. 50km ) and Rome ( approx. 150km )
Monteleone is only 6 km from Città della Pieve, the birth place of the renaissance painter known as Perugino.
In the vicinity there are a wealth of places of interest to visit in the regions of Umbria and Tuscany such as; Orvieto, Perugia, Assisi, Lake Trasimeno, Chiusi, Cetona, the thermal baths of San Casciano dei Bagni, Montepulciano, Pienza.

The main house, set out on three floors, has a surface of 180sqm plus loggia and terrace measuring approx. 16 sqm.
On the ground floor there is a room which is currently used as a cellar with antique wine barrels and a spacious bathroom.
The house has a characteristic external staircase leading to the principal residence set out on two levels and composed of ; two bathrooms ( one with bath and one with shower ) Two sitting rooms ( one with original fireplace ) and kitchen.
The outbuilding is currently divided into two studio apartments with kitchen corner and bathroom with shower. One is restored however the second needs to be completed.
