A large glass window admits to the living area in the ground floor, where a spacious living room and a large fireplace master the whole area. In the first floor there are two bedrooms with trussed roofs, from where it is possible to reach the open gallery through bright windows. The living area and the sleeping area are connected by an internal staircase and an elegant flight of steps on the outside.

The two houses are entirely independent and are equipped with gardens, conceived to contain a contingent swimming pool.
