A well restored, beautiful Italian property, perfect for a B&B or private home. There are two floors with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house was restored with the idea of to create a B&B. The owner received the permission but then decided to use it as private property for the summer time. Now they are happy to rent only to selected people.
On the ground floor there is a large living room, and large room left unused, a dinning room and a nice country kitchen. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 suites and 1 small bedroom) another bathroom and possibility to create a 3rd bathroom.
The garden is well maintained. There is a large porch where it is possible to enjoy the summer nights. The roof is in original "coppi" tiles.
There is a good privacy and a safe surrounding. The property is close to the main village of Catignano, 10 minutes (or even less) by car. You can easily access to the motorway A25 to Rome. The village of Catignano has bars, bank, restaurants, stores and it's connected to Pescara by a daily bus service.
