This town house is located in the centre of the village just less then 5 minutes from a restaurant and bar.
The house is on three floors plus the cellar.
On the first floor there is an entrance with access to the cellar and a good size kitchen with spectacular views. From this floor a wooden staircase gives access to the first and to the second floors. On these two floors there are two good size bedrooms each floor and a bathroom on the first floor.
All the floors are made with cotto tiles and are still in good condition. All the systems need to be checked and there is no heating system at the moment, but the village has town gas so it will be easy to connect to the house.
The garden is located at the cellar level and the access is through the cellar.
At the cellar level there is also an internal bread oven.
