POSITIVE ¬
good location close to all main towns of the Chianti region, very "clean" and nice refurbishment.


NEGATIVE ¬
there are neighbors close to the house, even if on the side of the house that doesn't have windows. This could be a positive point not to be too isolated especially when the house is not used.

a nicely done house, good living spaces and bedrooms. Good location and easy access.
