OUR PERSONAL OPINION ¬
Great house in the heart of Tuscany, sunny and well done. Good also the two units for staff or guest. Could be interesting also as income via rental.
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE ¬
the 2 apartments in the barn are currently rented in summer time on a weekly basis for an aprox. 60.000 euro income per year. the furniture could be sold with the house. Price to be negotiated.
