CONSTUCTION OF PHASE 1:
The resort will be built in three phases over the course of five to seven years. Actual completion time will be based on a variety of factors including the pace of sales and various construction challenges.
• Phase 1 construction, including the condo hotel and 200 signature golf home sites, began January 2007. Expected completion of phase 1 is Fall 2008.
• Phase 2 construction, including a 125-bed, five-star plus hotel, and a 42-slip marina, will begin in September 2008. Expected completion of phase 2 is September 2010.
• Phase 3 construction, including golf lodges and mountain villas, will begin in September 2010 and will be complete September 2012.
