Management and maintenance
The maintenance fee is set at $5 per square meter of your unit per month. (The maintenance fee includes: Insurance on the structures, 24hr security, groundskeepers and maintenance personnel, trash collection, common element utilities/expenses).
During your stay, all hotel services and amenities will be available to you at additional cost. These include everything from 24-hour room service to our extensive spa treatment and fitness facilities.
