Historical House inside the old city walls of Faro and at the lagoon, part of Faro historical centre. There has been a licence issued already for a Restaurant and certain facilities have been already installed using historical original materials. The house has ground-floor with kitchen, bar, toilets and a storeroom in the cave. There is a large gallery giving access to a terrace with lovely views over the lagoon/sea. The ferry boats to islands and beaches are leaving just in front of the property.
The building is has been kept as it originally was and no changes have been made to the principal layout. There is sufficient parking space very nearby.
