 Interior paint is cream throughout as standard. It is changeable at the customer’s preference, prior to moving in.
 Exterior walls are painted with yellow and red weather durable paint which we give a one year guarantee on.

The villas do not come fully furnished but are available fully furnished for an “all-in” price. For the sum of 25,000 YTL (or the equivalent in the buyers currency), we will fully furnish the villa – including white goods, furniture, curtains, security railings, pay solictors fees, property deeds tax, water and electricity connection and register the property for council tax ie the property owner does not need to pay any costs except the “all in” price.
Alternatively, we have developed a good working relationship with some shops in the area and can help you to negotiate a fair price on the products of your choice. With several suppliers we are able to secure discounts due to the quantity of stock that we purchase through them.
