This Resort Hotel and Spa is located in historic downtown Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas.

Built in 1964 and newly remodeled, a 10 stores high hotel with 191 rooms and suites, plus a total of 10 meeting rooms capable to handle groups from 20 up to 1.000 people, and banquet service for up to 500 people.
There is a Ballroom with over 4.000 square feet and a dance floor.

There are 2 swimming pools, one as an outdoor swimming pool and on the third floor is a unique heated covered pool surrounded by a lovely landscaped terrace, also sauna, steam room, a health spa massage, also restaurant, lobby bar and a lounge.


MEETING ROOMS:
This Resort Hotel is proud to offer over 10,000 square feet of meeting space with rooms to accommodate 5 to 1000 guests.
- Grand Ballroom: Size: 4,410 square feet - Capacity: Meeting 1000 / Banquet 500. The largest of all meeting rooms, can accommodate up to 1000 guests for a reception or 500 for a banquet. This room features a large dance floor and restrooms inside the room. Easy access for large equipment is available through a large garage door in this room. The perfect room for any large event!
- Alpine I: Size: 900 square feet - Capacity: Meeting 125 / Banquet 75.
- Alpine II: Size: 780 square feet - Capacity: Meeting 100 / Banquet 55.
- Alpine III: Size: 840 square feet - Capacity: Meeting 100 / Banquet 75. Alpines I, II, & III are three rooms that can be used as individual meeting rooms or combined to provide space for a larger event. Alpine II features a small dance floor and each of these rooms has a built-in cabinet containing a white board.
- Park Avenue: Size: 1,012 square feet - Capacity: Meeting 100 / Banquet 60. A very new meeting room and one of the largest rooms, with easy access to our parking garage. This room can accommodate up to 100 guests theatre style and up to 60 guests for a banquet.
- Whispering Winds: Size: 700 square feet - Capacity: Meeting 75 / Banquet 50. The most unique and popular room for receptions and banquets. Located on the third floor pool terrace, this room was formerly the hotel's lounge. This unique room features a large bar complete with 'tiki statue' bar stools and a very tropical feel. Two of the walls are entirely made up of windows that overlook the swimming pool and courtyard as well as Hot Springs Mountain. The perfect room for smaller families reunions, one can have a dip in the pool and then come inside to eat and visit.
- Diamond Lakes: Size: 500 square feet - Capacity: Meeting 50 / Banquet 40. The Diamond Lakes meeting rooms include the Lake Catherine, Lake DeGray, Lake Hamilton and Lake Ouachita rooms. Each of these rooms is at least 500 square feet.
- Executive Board Room: Size: 336 square feet - Capacity: Meeting 30. The Executive Board Room is the perfect place for a small business meeting.
