A real scruff. This great 4 bedroomed house with pool and direct access to the beach on the Pernambuco holiday island of Itamaraca looks like my son the morning after the night before. It looks like a wreck but you know that with a good wash down and spruce up it will be as good as new.As an agent I despair. The locals take the view that as they want to sell they shouldn't spend a penny on their property.
