Arboleas is a typical Spanish Villa - Housege where you will find a really friendly atmosphere and warm welcome. We have sold many Villa - Houses in this area and while there is a good social mix of English people, and even English children in the local schools at Arboleas, Zurgena and Albox, many other northern Europeans have settled here to give the area a nice cosmopolitan social mix.
Arboleas has two branches of Unicaja and Caja Mar Banks, a Post Office, Supermarkets, Butchery, a good Bakery and a good selection of bars and typically Spanish restaurants with outside terraces. There is a pharmacy, doctors surgery with an English speaking Nurse. In Huercal Overa, 20 minutes drive from Arboleas, you will find the main modern Hospital offering accident and emergency services.
Arboleas has a School for children up to 14, as has neighbouring Zurgena. At Albox, 7 kilometres away, you will find further education colleges for children up to 18 years old. Albox is a much larger town where you will find major Supermarkets, many shops, bars, restaurants, garages, emergency medical centers, dentists, etc.
There will be 4 golf courses within a range of 20 minutes and for nature lovers there is the nearby National Park of Cabo de Gata.
