About the village

Borsh is a coastal village located in Sarande District in southern Albania. The village is also known as the “Pearl of the South” and it has a population of 2500 inhabitants. Borsh is surrounded by mountains which have attracted many parachuting activities lately, has the longest coastline of the Ionian Sea of approximately 5.5 km, has a field of more than 130 hectares, and is blessed with two springs, one of which is located in the center of the village.The village is also famous for the old castle, where archeologists have found bones and pots believed to be of the IV Century B.C. The castle is 3km from the sea, on the top of a 300m high hill. In this village you will find a crystal clear sea, freshwater springs, river, high mountains, history and very friendly people.
The land

The land is 9.716 m², approximately 108m x 90m, with an almost square shape. It is around 300m away from the shore.Can obtain permission for construction of up to 30% of the total area (no other restrictions, since the development plan of the World Bank only prohibits construction closer than 150m to the shore).It is only 2 km away from the water spring, and the pipe of drinkable water passes right next to the land. The place is accessible by electricity, as the electricity lines pass right next to the land. It has two roads that lead to the shore, one on each side (only one is accessible by car, the other is wide enough, but it is not constructed).The land is planted with olive and orange trees (as the whole village)
