Project:
The complex was designed in the spirit of Romantic Mediterranean style - with soft warm colours, lots of ornaments on the facades.
The complex consists of 23 different in sizes and distributions houses offering all necessary conveniences and comfort of a modern building.
The houses are built on 8120 sq.m. plot of land.
The buildings are located in a way that all reveal splendid panoramic view of sea. The square surfaces of the houses range from 120 to 200 sq.m. Each house comprises with its own garage and detached yard.
Location / Vicinity
Its strategic location - the closeness to Bourgas, the beautiful resort of Pomorie and its gorgeous view, makes the complex a wonderful place for living there - away from the stress and noise of big town.
The very town of Pomorie is still famous in the remote past of nowadays with the medical characteristic of firth mud.
The climate in the region can be described as: soft and warm winter, continuous autumn and summer temperatures - not very high and average.
The most famous Bulgaria Holiday resort "Sunny Beach" is only 20 kilometers away from the complex; offering numberless attractions and rich night life. The complex is set on a hill revealing splendid panorama of the whole bay of Pomorie and bay of Burgas.
The complex is located 800 m away from sea - between Sarafovo quarter and town of Pomorie, 13 km to Burgas city, 7 km to Pomorie and 23 km to Sunny Beach resort.
The seashore in Pomorie is low and the coastal sand contains iron, which gives it favourable medicinal properties. The shallow and smooth coastal sea bottom provides greater conditions for medicinal sea baths.
The Pomorie Lake provides great conditions for mud treatment. The mud in this deposit has a fine structure, plastic with a smell of sulphuretted hydrogen. The upper black layer has high content of hydrothrilite, respectively sulphuretted hydrogen, whereas the lower grey layers are packed with clayey characteristics, highly mineralized and with a fine structure.
Degree of completion:
Houses are offered fully finished with laminated flooring, kitchen furnishing, faience and sanitary wear in sanitary units.
Furnishing: upon catalogue and the individual desitions of the client.
Walls: Greek bricks with 25 cm thickness for outer walls, bricks with 12 cm thickness for inner walls.
Wall covering: laid coat with plastered walls, painted with interior paint.
Ceilings: gypsum plaster with interior paint.
Finishing works:
Floors: granite tiles in terraces, staircases and common parts, laminated parquet in residential premises.
Bathrooms and WCs: fully finished and equipped with Spanish ceramics.
Kitchen premises: type -open plan, fully furnished.
Doors: armoured front doors with five-point security locking with HDF covering, sound insulation, eyelet and built in door-bell. Interior doors: with HDF covering and luxury facing.
Windows: four-casement PVC with double windows and German casing.
Roof: with hydro insulation made by Bramac system.
Installations: electrical, telephone, Internet, video- intercom and cable TV systems - fully finished. With installed local electro-meters, video intercoms, sockets and switches- equipment by MERLIN GERIN.
Facade lighting: in accordance with the project.
Lighting of the staircases and common parts - automatic with photo cells.
Water-meter system: polypropylene pipes, with sound insulations and installed local water-meters and water-heater for hot water in each house.
Structural Cables Security System purposes.
Railings: on terraces, staircases and yards - hand-made from wrought iron.
Outside area: fully finished and with lots of greenery, pools, bowers and area for children.
