About the construction

Both buildings of the complex will be build with natural materials, brick walls, finished with plaster and putty and multilayer thermal and sound insulation; aluminum or PVC joinery with interrupted thermal bridge; Italian wrought-iron railing; natural rocks travertine on the facades; Italian aged tiles.

Apartments will be finished and fully equipped with inverter air conditioners, fully equipped bathrooms with glass shower cabins or baths, accessories, exterior and interior doors. The flooring will be finished with Italian parquet floor with special fiber pad.
