The house is on the top part of the traditional village of Prina. Prina is situated 5,5 kilometers west of the coastal area of Istron, south of the tourist town of Agios Nikolaos.
The house comprises two rooms in very good condition, a large room with tiled roof and a small external bathroom. There is a nice courtyard with a vine and a plumb tree. The house is connected to water and electricity and does not need to much work to renovate. It is possible to extend the current building by an additional one or two rooms (20sq meters). The international airport of Heraklion is 1 hour 20 minutes from Prina.
