We are delighted to be able to offer this stunning 3 bedroom luxuriously equipped rebuilt stone house with pool and large garden just outside the amazing hill town of Motovun.
The spacious ground floor offers vast living area (almost 70 square metres) with open fire place, TV/satellite receiver, DVD/VHS player and hi-fi centre. The kitchen is custom-built in solid oak, with all necessary utensilis, including an espresso coffee-maker. The adjacent dining area sits six, but chances are the meals will be taken on the large covered outside terrace. There are a barbeque, pizza oven and a stony medieval sink, helping to make a meal-preparation a pleasure.
Verde, the bedroom on the ground floor is fully self-contained, with originally decorated en-suite shower room and toilet, and with the exit onto the patio that goes into secluded and lush private parkland. Outside access is available for people with walking difficulties.
The first floor is entirely dedicated to two large bedrooms. They are equal in size, but completely different in decoration and atmosphere. Luce has an open terrace for sun-worshippers that overlooks the pool, and enjoys superb vistas over green hills around. Belvedere has an open fire-place, a small balcony, and a large covered terrace overlooking the park. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
Outside, just a few metres away in the garden, under several old olive trees and some oak trees, there is a swimming pool. The expansive stone-tiled terrace around the pool will make lazing in the sun that bit more special. The pool itself is 11 by 6 metres, with a Roman stairway at the shallow end. The water is one metre deep at this end and gradually descends to 1.5 metres at the other side. There is also a shower by the pool, and halogene lights in the pool for night swimming.
Behind the house there is a utility room with a small sink, and a heating engineering room where a washing machine is, and also a small sink.
There are shops, post office, bars etc at Motovun, a few minutes drive away, where the existing golf facilities are also being expanded. The nightlife and beaches of Porec, the busiest resort in Croatia, are 25mins. Day trips to Venice leave every morning in the summer from Porec if you would like a day out. One of the finest restaurants in Croatia is only 10mins away.

Rusnjak is easily accessible from Pula airport, around an hour away, into which Ryanair (Stanstead), Norwegian Air Shuttle (Oslo), German Wings, Sterling, Wizzair, Tuifly, Thomsonfly and several Russian operators all fly during the summer and Trieste into which Ryanair (Stanstead)fly all year round. Ryanair are also flying in to Trieste from Birmingham again this year.
