Location: The Cancini development is located only 3 km from the center of Porec in the direction of Kastelir-Labinci. The development is located around 1.6 km from the sea, i.e., from the Cervar-Porat beach. Cancini is a very small village situated within the gentle surroundings of gardens and olive groves at one side and the Cervar tourist development and the nearness of the sea which offers an potential for sea and swimming at the other side.

The concept of stancija Cancini: The "stancija" (resting spot) consists of two semi-detached buildings that can house several families and one independent building which can house several families and each include 5 apartments (a total of just 15 apartments). Each building consists of two ground floor apartments with 67m2 to 85 m2 of space, and 3 first-floor duplex apartments with 70 m2 to 80 m2 of space.
The housing units share a common indoor stairwell. Each ground floor apartment includes a living room-kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a built-in balcony.
