This new build house is located a quiet and small village (kunadacs) a mere 45 miles from the capital
with which is has a good public transport connection. The village offers the basic facilities necessary
for a simple life and for other more worldy matters the nearby small town of Kunszentmiklos will fullfill your needs. The surrounding is quiet, all nature and trees and full with fresh air. More or less a step back in time as these matters concern.
We are a fully licenced real - estate agency in this country (demanded by the Hungarian state if working in
this field) and need about 2 week days of work to ensure the house will go to your name.
All costs (the lawyer, notary, ground registration office, local tax, working fee) are included except the
state tax (charged only ones). The bill from the state ( 2 % till 16.000 EURO and 6 % for every amount above that) will arrive to you within 6 to 9 months after the final contract has been signed, And clearly
written in English as well as in Hungarian.
Of course assistance with the opening of a bank account, arranging an insurance is also included.
