Country house in the hills of the \'Val di Cecina\' valley with a beautiful view over vineyards, olive groves and the Etruscan town of Volterra. The house is divided in three apartments (one is still to be restored) and can accommodate from 2 to 8 people. The apartments are furnished in different styles and each one has its private kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The whole building has been renovated using typical Tuscan style materials. There is enough space to build a pool on the property. Every apartment has his own access by car. With little changes the building could be used as a one family house. The next village is ca 500m away, Volterra and the next beach ca 15km. Pisa could be rached in an hour by car.
