Akbuk is a township since 1991, has carried on develop due to careful planning and has got an amazing bay where you can listen the silence and watch the sunset. Only 20 mins driving from Altinkum.You can do trip to Altinkum by dolmus as well, dolmus comes in every 10 mins, But also there are lots of shops,bars,restaurants and absolutely an amazing beach. Akbuk is now more related to tourism with local fishermen using their boats for trips around Akbuk bay during the summer months. During your visit to Akbuk, the Chapel on the coast line close to town centre is very well preserved and is open to the general public which yo can join and catch delicious Aegean sea bass.

Akbuk offers a charm and a feel of real Turkish living, a beautiful turquoise Blue Bay is fast becoming a hot spot for British buyers.
