SECTIONAL TITLE
Somerset Oaks is a sectional title development run by a body corporate. The body corporate (trustees) are all home owners in Somerset Oaks and therefore have a vested interest in ensuring the continued good governance of the village. Management and Conduct Rules have been drawn up in accordance with the Sectional Title Act. The trustees meet monthly, any suggestions a resident may wish to have discussed can be put in writing and be placed in the Management Box or alternatively, they may attend a meeting to present their point of view personally.

The cocktail bar is also open on Thursday evenings, which is darts night, and on special occasions. During the week bridge and rummy are played in the lounge. A special table is allocated for those interested in doing Jigsaw puzzles.
TV LOUNGE
The TV Lounge boasts a 72 inch Television and video recorder and DVD.
DINING ROOM
Lunch is served from Monday to Saturday. We are renowned for the quality of food we serve, and many of our neighbours join us for lunch.
BOWLING GREEN
The bowling green can be used by any resident or friends or visiting clubs, providing they are wearing the correct footwear. Bowls are available for loan in the sports equipment cupboard.
CROQUET COURT
The croquet club is very active and training is given if you wish to learn. Balls and mallets can also be found in the equipment cupboard. The croquet lawn is well cared for and players must wear the correct shoes.
SWIMMING POOL
Somerset Oaks is proud of its large swimming pool. It is situated in the middle of the village and is surrounded by tendered lawns. A large lapa area allows you protection from the sun on those lovely hot days.
RESIDENTIAL FLAT
A furnished one bedroom unit with twin beds, is available to rent by residents’ family members. Reservations are handled by Janet at reception.
